A decision by ASQA to impose conditions, suspend or cancel your registration isn't final. Most reviewable decisions can be challenged through an application for review, and - depending on the outcome - a further appeal on a point of law to the Federal Court. Getting the review lodged within the applicable time limits, and framing the grounds correctly, is what keeps the option open.
While a review is on foot, we can also apply for a stay of the original decision, so your RTO can continue operating while the matter is being determined rather than being shut down before you've had your case heard.
