An RTO sale is a business transaction and a regulatory one. Registration with ASQA doesn't transfer automatically with a change of ownership - it requires ASQA's approval, and getting that timing wrong can hold up settlement. We act for both sides of the transaction: buying an RTO means due diligence across the scope of registration, compliance history, audit outcomes, and any conditions ASQA has already imposed; selling an RTO means structuring the sale so the transfer-of-registration approval, the commercial terms, and the settlement date line up, rather than leaving you exposed between exchange and ASQA sign-off.
