We will conduct due diligence on all new suppliers, and we will review our existing suppliers on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with this policy. We will take appropriate action in the event that any supplier is found to be in breach of this policy.
We will provide training to all employees on this policy and on the risks of modern slavery in our supply chain. We will also provide additional training to employees who are involved in procurement, supply chain management, or who have other responsibilities related to our supply chain.
Cohen Lawyers will maintain an open dialogue with our stakeholders and will report on our efforts to eliminate slavery and human trafficking from our operations and supply chain.
We will regularly review and update this policy to ensure that it remains effective and relevant. We will also review our processes and procedures to ensure that they are effective in identifying and addressing the risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain.
