Definitions

The responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy rests with all employees of Cohen Lawyers. All employees must be familiar with this policy and ensure that they comply with it. Any employee who becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of this policy must report it to their supervisor or management immediately.
Supply Chain
Cohen Lawyers recognizes that we have a responsibility to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not present in our supply chain. We will take steps to identify and assess potential risks of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain, and take appropriate steps to mitigate those risks.
Due Diligence
We will conduct due diligence on all new suppliers, and we will review our existing suppliers on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with this policy. We will take appropriate action in the event that any supplier is found to be in breach of this policy.
Training
We will provide training to all employees on this policy and on the risks of modern slavery in our supply chain. We will also provide additional training to employees who are involved in procurement, supply chain management, or who have other responsibilities related to our supply chain.
Reporting
Cohen Lawyers will maintain an open dialogue with our stakeholders and will report on our efforts to eliminate slavery and human trafficking from our operations and supply chain.
Continuous Improvement
We will regularly review and update this policy to ensure that it remains effective and relevant. We will also review our processes and procedures to ensure that they are effective in identifying and addressing the risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain.
